We are seeking a dependable person to handle property, building, and grounds maintenance.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
• Perform lawn and landscape maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, weeding)

• Prune and trim trees and shrubs

• Operate and maintain equipment: tractor with blade, bush hog, bobcat, backhoe

• Maintain tools, machinery, and perform general repairs

• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, welding, and electrical work

• Complete assigned tasks independently and on time

• Communicate effectively with management, team, and clients

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of grounds/property maintenance experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in changing weather conditions

• Honest, reliable, and self-motivated

• CDL preferred or willing to obtain (not required to start)

Receptionist– Georgetown, DE (Full-Time)
Immediate Opening | Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Receptionist to support office operations, data entry,

and light warehouse tasks in a small, multi-company environment.

Responsibilities:
• Front Desk/Reception

• Assist in managing rental properties

• Perform basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks

• Maintain organized filing systems and general office duties

• Handle warehouse inventory control

• Work in a warehouse setting (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and climb a 10' ladder)

• Use Microsoft Office, database tools, and manage online sales listings

• Flexible hours may occasionally include evenings or weekends

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and data entry

• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Able to work both in an office and warehouse environment

• Local area knowledge preferred

• Understanding of construction is helpful, but not required
